Edit: Abby contacted me and set things straight. I replaced the fuse myself and the light came on no issue -- she said if I did this they'd be able to help compensate me in another way, and they followed through. It's possible that this was just an oversight, but what matters now at the end of day is that they went above and beyond to make it right. -- First of all, Abby is the Shop Manager and is incredibly patient and kind. I brought in my vehicle for my hi beam not turning on. I suspected there was a missing fuse but figured I'd just get a diagnostic run to see if there's anything else wrong with it. The technician told me that all of my front lights were working with no issue. Every time they tested it it was working, and blamed the battery has a loose connection. I had never seen that hi beam turn on, both before I dropped it off and after I picked it up. Confused a week later, I checked the fuse box itself and would you believe it - the front right hi beam fuse was missing. How could they have seen it turn on when the fuse itself was never there? Simple answer, either they mistook and thought they saw it turn on several time, or they just lied to me. I think it's the latter. They did fast work, Abby was super nice, and they have a nice waiting room. But I ultimately am here to figure out what's wrong with my car. Not only did it not get fixed, but they told me there was nothing wrong with it. If they're willing to falsify something so small, how could I ever trust them to repair my car in the future?
Thank you for your feedback. I assume this review was left before our phone call this morning. We are happy to take a look at the vehicle again for you. Abby Pierson Service Manager
