Brandt and Randy were incredibly helpful and kind in getting the car fixed. It took longer than expected, but they made it right by reducing the cost to reflect that inconvenience.

At first, I had an issue with the incorrect item being repaired on my car and my original issue still being a problem. Ben White Automotive provided the best service I've ever had from a mechanic shop. Angel worked on my car, and the service provided matches his name. He is a literal angel and was able to service my car the same day and was excellent about it. The guys at the front desk are also a joy.

Aside from the issues that first started & after speaking with Brent, about the expectations that were set his communication with me as his costumer improved significantly which is all i really wanted. Angel & Brent were able to get working on my car and i received it back today. I’m thankful that they worked on days off to get me back into my vehicle.

I have had multiple bad experiences getting my car worked on in the past year. When my partner suggested going to Ben White Automotive after my car broke down on 35, I was pessimistic. I am glad she did because Brent was funny, knowledgeable, and honest. He even worked with me on the price, and gave me a refund when the parts ended up being cheaper than quoted. I had a slight issue with my windshield wipers when I got the car back, but they fixed it. Thank you, Brent!
