Ben White Automotive did a great job on my Caddy and at a great price. I will be using their service in future.

I found Ben White Automotive on Google. I was in a jam because my hood cable broke and I was about to leave on a trip. I spoke to Randy and he had me bring in my 2000 Suburban and I was ready to hit the road in a couple of hours. After my trip I noticed there was a leak in the front and rear of my Suburban. They discovered I had leaking gaskets on the oil pan, Head gasket, transmission and differential. As they dove into the work other problems were noticed, photographed and sent to me. I'm the original owner and I knew the problems were never worked on before. My Suburban is 23 years old with 212,000 miles. All of the work done was long overdue and just gave my Suburban a new lease on life. Randy, thank you for your professionalism throughout the repair process. I highly recommend Ben White Automotive, I have no reason to ever take my cars anywhere else for service!

I had an issue here for an appointment I made, when I arrived the manager I’m used to, Randy, wasn’t there. I was told by the MOD my car would be ready in an hour. About 3 hours later I tried to call but unfortunately the website had incorrect numbers. I decided to walk there and see what was happening. When I got there Randy was there, who has always made me feel welcome and valued. He told me my car had not even been taken back to be serviced yet. I was extremely frustrated and this made the flippant way I was treated during drop off even worse to me. I just left with the intention of not going there anymore which made me super bummed as I’d had great experience there multiple times and it’s in the neighborhood. Well Randy called me and apologized (even though it wasn’t his fault) and offered to take care of my car at no charge the next business day. I will be returning for all my car needs and I’ll make sure he’s there! He is the kind of employee that a business owner should bend over backwards to keep. It’s rare to find customer service that is through and genuine and Randy has both.

I like the way they inspected the car and send you a link with all findings and even show photos of what is found during inspection. Car has no lights on and is good to go.

Mr. Brent was very helpful to me when I was upset and r e assured me that he was going too take care of the situation for free and he kept his word a and that's what matters the most too me. Thanks Brent

Okay after dropping my car off to Randy in 2 days he fixed engine light and and lugs very satisfied with Randy and Jarred I’m always happy with Randy whatever he says he does and I like how he communicates with me I’m new to Austin and now I have a place to take my car for repairs thanks Ben White Automotive
